There's also a special kind of cheese I like over here called Kajmak. It's awesome.

dude that is made from water buffalos milk that is awesome most try it, i enjoy cheese for all its inanty (the first to make it most have been insane)

I didnt think that asking a question about cheese but...I geuss that means people really enjoy their cheeses. I know I do especiall swiss and provalone as stated before.
